Plan Funding was specifically set up to assist clients who are in the property business. From the outset, we have seen the need for bespoke service. As technology has improved and lending has become more advanced the need to understand the long-term objectives of our clients is paramount. We are service driven and understand no one case or client is the same. Over the years we have developed key relationships with decision makers and are able to discuss many of our deals prior to submission. This allows us to identify any issues and discuss any possible ways to overcome them. This speeds up the process and minimises risks to the our clients. Each case is treated as if we are the borrower…we take is personally!

Meir has been in the industry for many years (since 1995) starting his career with a challenger bank and then starting his own company in 1998.
Over the years he has built and sold various companies in the finance sector whilst always maintaining close contacts within the banking arena.
Service is always at the forefront of any deal Meir is involved in….so don’t be surprised when you receive an email in the middle of the night!
Meir lives in London and has no interest in sport! However, he does have other interests and has volunteered for London Ambulance Service since 2012 working on the frontline as a community first responder.

Nathan has been in finance since 1999 and has headed up compliance, processing and underwriting departments within a number of Finance brokerages.
When a deal has been placed you need a person that cares about a deal as much as the client…Nathan does just that. He takes control as if its his own deal and will not rest until its ‘over the line’. Our long-established client relationship testifies to the care and due diligence that he is synonymous with.
